The National Squash League has finally gotten underway and we have the first week's action to share. There were quite a few narrow losses by countbacks.

Our gallant girls lost 0-4 to New Pioneers but won much respect for their fighting spirit

Victoria lost 0-3; Steffi lost 1-3; Tracy lost 2-3, Natalie lost 1-3

Tues 15 Feb:

UCSC 'D' Team 1 lost 2-2 (countback) to Hollandse Club

Hansel lost to Daniel Gelinas 0-3; Audrey beat ex-UCSC Wan Hoden 3-2; Lau TL lost 0-3 to Eddy Chong; Ming Hao W/O

UCSC 'D' Team 2 sunk 2-2 (countback) by S'pore Swimming Club

Gary lost 0-3; Maurice won 3-2; John Lim won 3-1; Peter lost 0-3

Wed 16 Feb:

UCSC Men's 'F' Team 1 beat UCSC's "Squash4All" 4-0

Matthew beat Francis 3-0; Wilson beat Bryan 3-1; Dave beat Ijoe 3-0; Brandon beat Joshua 3-0

UCSC Men's 'F' Team 2 overcame Castle Green Warriors 3-1

Cheryl Wong lost 2-3; Man Chin won 3-1; Glenn won 3-0; Kwong Yee won 3-0

UCSC Men's 'E' lost 2-2 (countback) to Tanglin Club

Andrew lost 0-3; Lau TL lost 0-3; Dave S. won 3-2; Jason K. won 3-0
